New 41,000-Square-Foot Facility
The two-story, 41,000-square-foot structure will be built on 3.18 acres at 14131 Kendall Hench Circle at the 4500 San Pablo Road campus, north of Butler Boulevard. It is part of the $432 million expansion that Mayo Clinic in Florida announced a year ago. Jacksonville-based Auld & White Constructors LLC also is the foundation contractor.
