Phase 2 of the Northpoint Village Shopping Center located at the corner of New Berlin Road and Yellow Bluff Road includes 64,000 sq. ft of commercial space. Developer International Management Company, LLC plans to lease the space to retail, medical and/or office facilities. Phase 2 brings the shopping center’s total square footage to 142,000 on 27 acres. EKB Masonry provided concrete foundation, block and brick finish work as part of the project. One of the challenges EKB overcame for this project included matching the existing brick from Phase 1.  After pouring the foundation, EKB constructed Phase 2 using CMU block construction followed by a brick facia. The entire foundation and shell were constructed within 90 days.
